My name is Chad Shumway, I am 45 years old, Heterosexual. I have no children or pets. They want to play with my toys and I won't share! Well maybe I will share...sometimes! ;)

can come up with <BG>. There I am hiding behind
My Maui Jims. I love to work with computers and have been
doing it for 10 years now. That's not entirely true! I have been working in the
construction field for about 20 years. 15 years ago I got  my  first  real system and it has been my primary hobby ever since. The last 6 years I have been working on them / with them and getting paid too! No formal  education  in  the  computer  field or any field for that matter. Well  maybe  the  school  of  hard knocks.  Can anyone relate? Build my own  systems and  will never  buy a pre-built  system  again! That means you HP! Have always been artistic and love to make things with my hands. The Computer is a wonderful tool for artistic creration. Ten + circuit board designs under my belt now with more on the way. 8 of those are actually re-designs of ex - isting circuit boards (improvements). Real world experience helps when designing things. Tech support is another part of my job. I love to talk to people and help them solve problems..

Camping; Fishing;        watching movies; Listening to music (over
150 CDs and growing); Walking on the beach; Collecting rocks and
things; cooking, cleaning <=== Heh heh...NOT!                                       ~

I retire I want a slightly run down little place with my own kilns and a
work shop so I can learn to blow glass, which fascinates me for some
reason. And I hope to have a potters wheel and will have a good shop
full of tools for woodworking and metal sculpting. These kinds of
things will be important to me and are my measure of success.
I am the type of person who likes to keep
busy doing things. My mind is where
the world in which I live
resides. I might even
try some writing, I
Love to read so why
not write? Say some-
thing to the world.

but most of all

just enjoy
